Profile:
KFJ series water cooled industrial chiller is mainly applied in Plastic & Rubber industry; It can accurately control the molding temperature and shorten the molding cycle, increase the product quality and improve the production efficiency. They are also widely used in Metal working, Mechanical & Engineering, Chemical & Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Laser, Electronics industry, Textile, Electroplate, Semi-conductor testing, Water jet, Vacuum coating, Construction and Military.
Features:
Adopted world famous brand compressors and high efficiency condenser and evaporator, ensure high cooling efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise and long service life.
Chilled water temperature range 5 ~ 35.
R22 charged, CFC free type R407C, R410A, R404A, R134A for option, high cooling efficiency.
Over sized evaporator and condenser ensure the chiller unit running under 45C high ambient temperature.
Microcomputer control system offering accurate temperature stability within .
Low noise and big volume air blower.
Standard equipped Iron pump, stainless steel or high lift pump for option.
Multi-protection devices ensure the chiller unit running safely.
The innovative evaporator-in-tank configuration ensures a steady water temperature offered, as the evaporator also cools the tank itself, reduces ambient heat gain, and increases the efficiency.
Water cooled industrial chiller adopted shell and tube condenser,features speed heat dissipation and high cooling efficiency,it is good to be used in high ambient temperature area with abundant water.
Air cooled industrial chiller adopted aluminum fin/copper tube type condenser, easy for cleaning and installation.

Working Principe:

When the KSJ series water cooled chiller starting up,compressor starts working.Refrigerant is compressed into hing temperature and high pressure gas in the process from B to C ,and then be cooled when passing through the condenser and changed into liquid.Heat is taken away by the cooling water.In the process from C to D to E and F, the liquid refrigerant is dried and filtered by drier filter . After that, it will pass through solenoid valve, refrigerant indicator and then reach expansion valve .In the process from F to G , the hing pressure liquid refrigerant will be throttled and depressurized by heat expansion valve and temperature will go down .In the process from G to A ,chilled water absorbs the heat of process water in the evaporator and returns back to compressor . This heat exchange process repeats until process water is cooled down to required temperature .
Hot-air bypass function : the compressor continues working when process water is cooled down to required temperature , then the hot-air bypass valve opens as the temperature drops to its set value . A part of the refrigerant from the compressor passes through the by-pass valve and then reaches evaporator , balancing out part of the machine refrigerating capacity and then goes back to compressor without passing through the condenser . With the help of hot-air bypass valve , the system can stay in an balanced condition and meanwhile can keep control accuracy within
